Private coaching and adult classes with an international coach who has trained at the highest levels in 5 countries. From your first handstand to elite competition.
I'm Adrian, an international gymnastics coach working with both MAG and WAG. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I've developed athletes across Argentina, Finland, Italy, Australia, and France.
In France, I spent four years at Pôle d'Antibes — the highest-achieving gymnastics club in the country and home to multiple Olympians and Olympic coaches. I learned from the best while developing my own distinctive coaching style.
I see gymnastics like a puzzle — always looking for different ways to help each gymnast understand and master a skill. My approach combines technical precision with training sessions that are genuinely fun, positive, and engaging.
From handstands to your first back salto and beyond, I guide athletes step by step as they build strength, confidence, and technique.
Whether you're working through a mental block, chasing competitive excellence, or bridging gymnastics into dance — there's a path here for you.
Fear can stop progress cold. I specialise in breaking down skills systematically to help gymnasts overcome mental barriers — rebuilding confidence step by step until the skill feels natural.
The Australian competitive program often holds gymnasts back. I train athletes 2–3 levels above their competitive level, ensuring they're always ahead, always improving, always ready.
Auditions demand more. I work with acro dancers on aerials, flips, and tumbling — bridging the gap between dance technique and gymnastics power to help you stand out at any audition.
Fun and challenging — develop your body awareness, flexibility, strength, handstands, flips and more. All levels welcome. No experience needed.
