Adrian is an independent private coach — not a gym, not a club. All sessions are fully tailored to you, at a time that works for you.
I'm Adrian, an international gymnastics coach working with both MAG and WAG. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I've developed athletes across Argentina, Finland, Italy, Australia, and France.
In France, I spent four years at Pôle d'Antibes — the highest-achieving gymnastics club in the country and home to multiple Olympians and Olympic coaches. I learned from the best while developing my own distinctive coaching style.
I see gymnastics like a puzzle — always looking for different ways to help each gymnast understand and master a skill. My approach combines technical precision with training sessions that are genuinely fun, positive, and engaging.
From handstands to your first back salto and beyond, I guide athletes step by step as they build strength, confidence, and technique.
Whether you're working through a mental block, chasing competitive excellence, or bridging gymnastics into dance — there's a path here for you.
Fear can stop progress cold. I specialise in breaking down skills systematically to help gymnasts overcome mental barriers — rebuilding confidence step by step until the skill feels natural.
The Australian competitive program often holds gymnasts back. I train athletes 2–3 levels above their competitive level, ensuring they're always ahead, always improving, always ready.
Auditions demand more. I work with acro dancers on aerials, flips, and tumbling — bridging the gap between dance technique and gymnastics power to help you stand out at any audition.
Fun and challenging — develop your body awareness, flexibility, strength, handstands, flips and more. All levels welcome. No experience needed.

"Adrian is a fantastic coach! The classes are both challenging and very welcoming, no matter your level. As someone who used to practice when I was younger, it's been incredibly rewarding to get back into it in such a fun and supportive group! Come and try it!"
"Thank you to Coach Adrian for your patience, encouragement and belief in me. My frontal lobe often has strong opinions about what is and isn't a good idea in the gym, but you somehow guide me through it with calm and humour. I'm very grateful for your coaching."
"Adrian is a fantastic adult gymnastics coach. His classes are supportive, fun, and suitable for all levels. He explains techniques clearly and really helps you build confidence. Highly recommend!"
"Adrian is a very patient and supportive coach. My daughter really enjoys her PT lessons because of the way he explains things, corrects her mistakes, and gives clear, helpful feedback. He breaks down each skill so it's easier for her to learn."
"Adrian is an incredible coach. He's so patient and creative with his classes. He gives you the confidence to try new tricks that you think your body can't do. So happy that I found his coaching!"
